An Evening of Deep Restoration


	Event Description: Give yourself the gift of deep relaxation with this 3-hour workshop that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and restored. Leave with several immediately useable tools to employ in everyday life to counterpoise stress and its detrimental effects. We will gently move through guided relaxations, supported reclining restorative yoga positions, and breathing exercises that together become a long guided meditation. Because this is a valuable activity for anyone, the workshop has been created to be accessible and enjoyable with a small enough group to allow for individual attention, in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. No previous experience is required, and it is appropriate for complete beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Includes a take-home practice CD. Come with a partner or friend so you can encourage eachother's continued practice!
