Vivien Stollmeyer has been teaching Yoga for 17 years, and has been inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. She also teaches Qigong in her studio in Carrot Common, above Book City. "Yoga and Qigong are paths to engaging more fully in life and to finding a quiet centre. We inspire each other with our efforts and our grace."
Vivien brings to her teaching a background in drama, adult education, martial arts and over 20 years of Yoga practice. In addition to classes and workshops, she teaches an annual Yoga Retreat in Prince Edward County, in early June.
