Event Description:

Join leading Canadian Certified Anusara Yoga teachers, Barrie Risman and Robin Golt, this coming Spring 2010 in Toronto for a dynamic yoga training that promises to deepen your yoga practice and stokes your hearts inner fire.

The Anusara Yoga Immersion is a great journey into Anusara Yoga Philosophy and technology. It provides a powerful framework for your own deepening relationship with the practices of asana, meditation, pranayama,study and contemplation. The Immersion is the pre-requisite to any Anusara Teacher Training Program.

This three part Immersion will take place in four segments, commencing April 2010. The Immersion is sequential, with each part building on the last, however you may participate in just one or two parts if you wish.The Immersion will be held in the heart of the Historic Distillery District in Toronto, Canada's premier creative precint for arts, culture and heritage.

Pre requisites to the Immersion - 30 hours of yoga study with a licensed Anusara Yoga Teacher. $650 per phase or $600 with early registration ( + GST ) before Feb 1st. A flexible payment plan is available, please inquire. A deposit of $150 is required to register.
