Evolving Spirit 250 Hour Yoga Teacher Training


	Event Description: This 250 hour yoga teacher training course covers the details and adjustments of each posture in the Primary Series of Ashtanga yoga and the use of these postures as the basis for a flowing Hatha class. Meditation, Yoga Therapy, Sanskrit, Chanting, Anatomy, Physiology and Yoga Philosophy will be covered. The successful completion of this 250-hour course qualifies you to find an entry-level position as a Certified Yoga Teacher and gives you all the foundations of learning to guide and instruct others. A Certificate is granted upon satisfactory completion of the course. The Yoga Sanctuary is officially affiliated with the Yoga Alliance in the United States and our course fulfills their requirements for a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.
