	Event Description: This course is an essential and effective training for both new or experienced teachers, aspiring teaching assistants, or for those who would like to deepen their understanding of the art of asana. This weekend will serve as a means for training yoga instructors to provide skillful and effective asana adjustments. Learning to assist students in their yoga practice takes clear intention, complete focus, and agility of mind and body. Learn from four of our Yoga Sanctuary Faculty Instructors as they teach you the stabilizing, corrective, and deepening full-body adjustments.
