Restorative Yoga Teacher Training With Sachne Kilner & Christine Cinq Mars


	Event Description: During this 30 hour program you will receive training in restorative asanas (poses), teaching methodologies and pranayams (breathing techniques) to assist each asana. You will learn modifications, adjustments, class sequencing and how to observe, assess and provide what each client’s situation requires. In addition, you will assist in four restorative yoga classes to refine your teaching skills. Note: a 200 hour teacher training certificate is required to register for this course.
