Studio Description:
We celebrate the ancient practice of integrating the mind, body, breath, and spirit. The practice of yoga helps deepen self-understanding, develops strength and flexibility, and brings a sense of calm and balance to our hectic fast paced lives. We join this with Pilates, a workout that builds flexibility, core strength, endurance and improves posture and overall well being.
We limit our class size to 10 people (or less) so teachers can personally guide each student in a safe, loving, and encouraging environment, always gentle and non-judgmental. We welcome students of all levels! We offer classes and workshops to students from beginner to advanced.
