At the Downward Dog Yoga Centre the teachers have the unique ability to blend individual skills with a shared vision. As a yoga centre rooted in the Ashtanga tradition, we continually adapt to the needs of our students. Since the doors first opened at 735 Queen Street West, Downward Dog has become a home to yoga students of all ages and levels. Many of Canada's top teachers and studio owners have at one time or another come through the doors of Downward Dog to train under the guidance of Diane Bruni and Ron Reid. The studio has become a sought-after destination for students and guest instructors from abroad, who come in search of an exceptional experience. Downward Dog seeks to connect with all those interested in enhancing their lives through yoga.

YogaSpace is an established Toronto Yoga studio in it's 15th year, offering an extensive drop-in schedule, specialty pre-registered classes and workshops, two annual teacher training programs and retreats. We are a community made up of people from all walks of life who come together to enjoy the beauty and serenity of the space, the attentive, down to earth and friendly manner of our staff, and our strong teaching team. YogaSpace offers something for everyone and we see Yoga as a therapeutic tool that can become a foundation of health. Whether you are looking for a vigorous vinyasa class, a gentle introduction to yoga, a meditative hatha class or a deeply therapeutic restorative class, our approach is therapeutic and our intention is to provide students with a wide variety of opportunities to heal mind and body.
