We are Toronto’s only studio dedicated entirely to teaching traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois.

We offer a traditional daily mysore class with David Robson, one the few Authorized Ashtanga teachers in Canada. We also offer led Ashtanga classes and workshops for all levels.

The studio has spacious changerooms with brand new showers, a boutique offering yoga related products, and lots of parking right outside the door. We are also just steps away from the north (Ranleigh Ave.) exit of the Lawrence Subway.

Fireflow Yoga

Fireflow Yoga is a 5 minute walk from Yonge and Eglinton. We offer Ashtanga based classes with the best teachers in the city.

New to yoga? Not sure where to start? Want to learn the basics in a comfortable, relaxed environment with other absolute beginners? Try our Absolute Beginners workshop. Over four sessions you will be introduced to breathing techniques, how to safely enter the postures, and how to flow in your practice. We have workshops on weekdays and weekends with lots of extra classes in January. Check out our website for details.
