Ashtanga Yoga Centre of Toronto is dedicated to teaching authentic Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois.

AYCT offers daily morning mysore classes with Authorized teacher David Robson. We also offer an Intro to Yoga for Beginners, and led Ashtanga classes and workshops for all levels.

The studio has spacious change-rooms with showers, a boutique offering yoga related products, and lots of parking right outside the door. We are also just steps away from the north (Ranleigh Ave.) exit of the Lawrence Subway.

Fireflow Yoga

Fireflow Yoga is a 5 minute walk from Yonge and Eglinton. We offer Ashtanga based classes with the best teachers in the city.

New to yoga? Not sure where to start? Want to learn the basics in a comfortable, relaxed environment with other absolute beginners? Try our Absolute Beginners workshop. Over four sessions you will be introduced to breathing techniques, how to safely enter the postures, and how to flow in your practice. We have workshops on weekdays and weekends with lots of extra classes in January. Check out our website for details.

Also try our Yoga Bootcamp if you want a little extra sweat, a little more work for the abs with the controlled breathing and flow of a yoga class. We also host kids yoga parties. Call us if you have any questions.
